So many factors must align for a brides wedding day. All eyes are on you.
The dress, the hair, make up, but one crucial detail can not be missed, SKIN.
Your skin needs to glow as much on the outside as your feelings of love on the inside when it comes to the biggest day of your life. We spoke to an expert - Caroline Hunt, facialist and owner of Hunt Skincare to give our latest brides to be a step by step guide to your skin in the lead up to your wedding day.

If you're special day is approaching then it's time to start thinking about getting your skin in optimum condition. Whether your upcoming wedding is months or weeks away, here are some glowing skin care tips.

1. Assess
If you're wanting your skin in top form you need to begin an ideal skin care routine a year in advance so you can treat any skin concerns early. But do not panic if you don't have that much time, it's never to late to start.

2. Treatments
A wedding is a perfect excuse for some much needed relaxation. Professional skin treatments are an important step towards healthy skin. Your skin therapist will assess your skin & talk to you about what your concerns are. They will develop a customised treatment program for you.

3. Homecare
As good as professional skin treatments are, it is essential to be using the correct skin care at home.
Your skin therapist will go over & recommend a home care program after assessing your skin. This should begin after your first visit.

4. Internal wellness
Beautiful skin starts from within. Make sure your diet is filled with whole foods that nourish the skin and body. Antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids keep the skin healthy & drinking plenty of water will hydrate your skin.
